This is the normal operation for the Z-Stick Gen5 to cycle between Blue, Yellow, and Red.

If Z-Stick Gen5 is under heavy load or communication, the color cycle will get stuck flickering between Yellow/Red. This may be an indication that you will need to reduce polling or sensor reports.
