To perform a factory reset or unpair on the LED bulb, you must use your gateway even if they are not paired together, you will be able to perform the steps below.

Unpair Process (Exclusion)

1) Make sure that your LED bulb is in the ON position.

2) Put your gateway in unpair mode or exclusion mode (Please refer to your gateways manual)

3) Using the external switch connected to the LED bulb, turn the LED bulb:

OFF -> ON -> OFF -> ON -> OFF -> ON within 2 seconds.

If successful, the LED bulb will become ORANGE for 1-2 seconds, then become a white bulb again.

Now try pairing the LED bulb to your network.

Pairing Process (Inclusion)

5) Make sure that your LED bulb is in the ON position.

6) Put your gateway into pair mode or inclusion mode. (Please refer to your gateways manual)

7) Using the external switch connected to the LED bulb, turn the LED bulb:

(Non-Secure Inclusion)

OFF -> (Wait 1/2 second) -> ON

If successful, the LED will blink green, and if the pairing process is successful, the LED will become a solid green LED before becoming white again.

-or-

(Secure Inclusion)

OFF -> ON -> OFF -> ON -> OFF -> ON within 2 seconds.

If successful, the LED will blink blue, and if the pairing process is successful, the LED will become a blue (paired securely) or green (paired insecurely) LED before becoming white again.

If the LED turns red for 1-2 seconds instead of green before becoming white again, then the inclusion process is a failure. Please start back from step 1 again.
