1. Remove the old thermostat.
1.1 Remove the old thermostat according to the manufacturer's instructions.
1.2 Now you can see which valve you have and which adapter you need.

2. RA Adapter

2.1. Spread the RA Adapter and push it on, the adapter is to be inserted behind the bead into the engage notches.
2.2. Mount the locking screw and screw it tight as you see in the image below (picture 3).

3.1 Spread the adapter and slide it over the valve to the rear.
Note: If the controller does not find sufficient support on the valve, we recommend the use of brass adapters.

4.1 Spread the adapter and slide it over the valve to the rear. The adapter must engage audibly. (click)
4.2 Install safety screw if necessary.
Note: The locking screw only secures the adapter against slipping down and therefore does not have to be fully tightened. Overtightening compresses the adapter and reduces its external thread size (M30 x 1.5).
4.3 Push the pin onto the valve stem as far as it will go.
Note: If the pin is too long, it can be shortened.

5. Installing Aeotec Radiator Thermostat.
5.1 Now screw the Aeotec Radiator Thermostat onto the valve using the metal ring.
