Determining what mode your Key Fob Gen5 is in.
You can determine which mode your Key Fob Gen5 is in by tapping Button 3 (Bottom Left Button) and determining the LED activity of the Key Fob Gen5.
- No LED Activity = Setup Mode
- Red LED = Group Mode
Toggle Setup/User Mode with Key Fob
1) Take the pin button and press and hold both the "Mode" and "Learn" Button at the same time.
2) When the Green LED lights up, you can now let go.
3) Tap Button 3 to test if the mode of the Key Fob Gen5 has changed.

WHEN KEYFOB IS IN SETUP MODE:
When Key Fob is in (setup mode):
Include mode
- Blinks green once per second
Exclude Mode
- Blinks red once per second
Learn mode
- Blinks green once per second

WHEN KEY FOB IS IN USER MODE:
GROUP MODE (Parameter 250 = 0)
-Button refers to any of the 4 buttons.
- Button Tap
- Red LED blinks (indicates it is sending command)
- Button Held
- Flashes Green while held (trying to program a scene manually)
SCENE MODE (Parameter 250 = 1)
-Button refers to any of the 4 buttons.
- Button Tap
- Green LED blinks
- Button Held
- Green LED stays on for 2 seconds and deactivates.

LED will automatically flash a dim red LED every few seconds.
