Inline with our 1 year warranty, Aeotec has discontinued all hardware service for the above obsolete products with no exceptions. Inline with the original Aeotec warranty, the warranty period for any device begun at the time any one device was delivered to Aeotec business partner ("original purchaser") and continued for 12 months. Inline with both warranties, any servicing, including but not limited to, refunds may be, and is only, available from the original party from whom you purchased the good. Grey-market goods are not warranted by Aeotec.
